Medeli Apartments: Dodoma, Tanzania
A group of 14 flats/Blocks that are found near the Tanzanian Parliament building is composed of three bedrooms (one master bedroom en suite), private balcony and a spacious lounge. It includes a 24hour security services with self-contained gate house. The block has an exclusive service of playing ground, a recreation area and ample car park. Intercom and TV ports will be provided. There shall be a facility management office to deal with day to day issues.

Dodoma features a semi-arid climate with relatively warm temperatures throughout the year. While average highs are somewhat consistent throughout the year. Average lows can dip to as low as 10 °C (50.0 °F) during the course of the year. Dodoma averages 570 mm of precipitation per year, the bulk of which occurs during its short wet season between December and March. The remainder of the year comprises the city’s dry season.
